Promotional Flyers: CGS created a series of flyers for students, employers, and policy makers explaining the numerous benefits of a PSM degree. The student flyer contains valuable information about the PSM including what you learn in a PSM program, as well as who hires PSM degree graduates. The three PSM flyers can be downloaded below. PSM Program directors should contact the CGS PSM Team if they would like additional copies of the flyers or if they would like access to the Quark templates to personalize the flyers to their program.

Post Card for Targeting High School Students as Potential PSM Students: The Council of Graduate Schools created a reproducible post card to encourage students interested in mathematics or science to continue their education past their bachelor’s degrees and earn a Professional Science Master's. This post card highlights a variety of fields that might be of interest to these students. Also included is a link to sciencemasters.com, which has proven indispensable for those seeking information about PSM programs.

The post card is available in a high-resolution .pdf format. If you would like the original Quark version to tailor to your institution or program specifications please contact the CGS PSM Team for more information.

Why Should I Get A Master’s Degree? Individuals who earn a master’s degree gain an edge in today’s increasingly competitive global marketplace, they typically earn more money over the course of their careers than individuals with bachelor’s degrees, and they can play a substantial leadership role in the evolving knowledge economy of the 21st century. A new flyer from the Council of Graduate Schools (CGS), Why Should I Get a Master’s Degree, highlights these and other reasons for pursuing graduate education. Click here to download a .pdf copy free of charge. Full-color copies of the flyer on glossy, heavyweight paper are available for purchase in the CGS online bookstore.

Science Masters Education Website: This website sponsored by the Commission of Professionals in Science and Technology (CPST) has a search feature with information about 2,054 science master's programs offered by 303 colleges and universities in all 50 states plus Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia. You can search for programs by discipline, state, university, or perform an advanced search.
